Privacy policy
This policy explains how SaleQMS handles personal data, including data used to connect to and publish through LinkedIn.
Last updated: 18 September 2026
Controller and contact
The data controller is Kimmo Kiviranta, sole trader, operating SaleQMS and Ceemo Content Studio. Privacy, access, correction and deletion requests can be sent to hello@saleqms.com.
Data we process
SaleQMS processes information that you submit through the website or provide when contacting us. The website also uses limited first-party, aggregated journey measurement without advertising trackers or cross-site visitor profiles.
If an authorised administrator connects a LinkedIn account, the integration may process OAuth permissions, encrypted access tokens, token expiry information, the LinkedIn organisation identifier and name, verified page-administrator status, and identifiers and delivery results for requested publications.
We do not request or store LinkedIn passwords. We do not use the LinkedIn integration to collect contacts, private messages or unrelated profile information.
Why we process the data
Data is used to authenticate authorised administrators, connect the selected LinkedIn organisation, prepare and review content, publish only after an explicit authorised action, prevent duplicate publication, record delivery results, and maintain security and accountability.
The legal bases are steps requested by the user, legitimate interests in secure operation and accountability, and consent provided through LinkedIn's authorisation flow where applicable.
LinkedIn and service providers
When the LinkedIn integration is used, only data needed for the selected action is transferred to LinkedIn. LinkedIn processes that data under its own terms and privacy policy. Hosting and technical service providers may process limited data where necessary to operate, secure and back up the service.
SaleQMS does not sell personal data or use LinkedIn integration data for unrelated advertising.
Security and retention
Connections use TLS. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are not placed in public pages, source control or ordinary application logs. Access is restricted to authorised operation of the integration.
Connection data is kept only while the integration is active or while it is reasonably required for security, troubleshooting and legal obligations. Minimal non-sensitive audit records may be retained where required for accountability.
Disconnecting LinkedIn and deleting data
An authorised administrator may disconnect LinkedIn. Stored tokens are then deleted or made unusable and future LinkedIn publication is blocked. You may also revoke the application's access through LinkedIn's settings.
To request access, correction or deletion of data associated with the integration, email hello@saleqms.com. Please do not send passwords, access tokens or other secrets by email.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
