Sales is often treated as too human to systemise. Yet every organisation already has recurring patterns for choosing opportunities, understanding needs, making promises and transferring work. When those patterns remain invisible, variation and dependency grow.
SaleQMS makes the system explicit while preserving professional judgement. The aim is not more documentation. It is better decisions, safer commitments and outcomes that can be measured and improved.
Independence
SaleQMS is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It does not provide certification. ISO and ISO 9001 are protected names and standards; users should consult official publications.
