Content quality
Guidance should be controlled like any other useful process output.
SaleQMS separates source, interpretation and recommended practice, and publishes changes through a reviewable, recoverable workflow.
Content controls
- Prefer primary, official sources for standards and web guidance.
- Distinguish requirement, interpretation, example and recommendation.
- Do not reproduce copyrighted ISO standard text.
- Label assumptions and formulas; do not present structural scenarios as achieved ROI.
- Use version-aware references and review them when standards change.
- Back up the live site before every publication.
- Test internal links, downloads and representative live routes.
Web quality baseline
Pages use semantic HTML and native controls, and target WCAG 2.2 AA principles: perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. Interaction must be keyboard accessible, responsive and useful without tracking.
