Frequently asked questions

Clear boundaries make the method more useful.

Answers about standards, certification, evidence, assessment, ROI, privacy and implementation.

Is SaleQMS a certification standard?

No. SaleQMS is independent implementation guidance. It does not certify organisations and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ISO.

Does ISO 9001 prescribe a sales process?

No. SaleQMS interprets relevant quality-management themes in a commercial context. Applicability and conformity must be evaluated against an authorised copy of the standard and the organisation’s context.

Will this create more bureaucracy?

It should not. Controls and records should be proportionate to risk and useful to real decisions. Remove any field or approval that has no clear control or learning purpose.

Should we assess individual salespeople?

The SaleQMS assessment examines organisational process capability. Competence matters, but the primary purpose is to improve the system in which people work.

Can the ROI calculator prove a return?

No. It creates a structural scenario from user inputs. Realised value requires sourced baselines, attribution rules and post-implementation verification.

Where should a small organisation begin?

Start with the process map and assessment, then select one recurring failure or high-risk commitment for a 30–90 day improvement cycle.

Do we need every template?

No. Use only the structures that help control material risk, preserve necessary evidence or improve a decision.

Where are assessment answers stored?

Only in the visitor’s browser. The current site does not transmit assessment answers to SaleQMS.

Is multilingual publication available?

English is the controlled source version today. The URL and content architecture are prepared for additional language versions after the English baseline matures.

How often is content reviewed?

Material guidance is reviewed when standards, primary sources or the SaleQMS method change. Each publication identifies its current controlled release in the site footer.
