After 30–90 days, compare the baseline with actual customer, flow, quality, risk and commercial outcomes. Record whether the control helped, created friction or needs redesign.
Start with Known observations and records. Label unverified conclusions as Inferred, proposed targets as Assumed, and absent baselines as Missing. Do not claim realised value until the effect has been measured.
