A team pursuing a multi-stakeholder service agreement uses Account-Based Selling to improve its coordinated account engagement. SaleQMS then requires the team to distinguish known customer evidence from assumptions, identify ownership, review material risks and verify that the eventual commitment can be delivered. After the outcome, the team checks whether the method improved decision quality or merely added activity.
The approach may support customer communication, competence, operational planning, review of requirements, performance evaluation and improvement. It does not itself establish conformity.
