A team pursuing a multi-stakeholder service agreement uses Miller Heiman Conceptual Selling to improve its meeting and interaction planning. SaleQMS then requires the team to distinguish known customer evidence from assumptions, identify ownership, review material risks and verify that the eventual commitment can be delivered. After the outcome, the team checks whether the method improved decision quality or merely added activity.
The approach may support customer communication, competence, operational planning, review of requirements, performance evaluation and improvement. It does not itself establish conformity. Applicability and sufficient objective evidence must be determined from the organisation’s context and an authorised copy of the standard.
