Requires sustained coaching; rigid or scripted application can reduce authentic customer dialogue.
The organisation must still govern scope, competence, commitments, handover, records, measurement, corrective action and improvement.
A team pursuing a multi-stakeholder service agreement uses Sandler Selling System to improve its end-to-end seller behaviour. SaleQMS then requires the team to distinguish known customer evidence from assumptions, identify ownership, review material risks and verify that the eventual commitment can be delivered. After the outcome, the team checks whether the method improved decision quality or merely added activity.
The approach may support customer communication, competence, operational planning, review of requirements, performance evaluation and improvement. It does not itself establish conformity. Applicability and sufficient objective evidence must be determined from the organisation’s context and an authorised copy of the standard.
