SaleQMS Complete purchase terms
These terms apply to SaleQMS Complete subscriptions purchased for business or professional use.
1. Seller and contract
Kai Kimmo Mikael Kiviranta, Swedish sole trader, Bränningestrandsvägen 125, 151 39 Södertälje, Sweden. VAT registration: SE680423025501. Contact: info@saleqms.com.
By accepting these terms you confirm that you are acting for a business or professional activity, are authorised to bind that business, and are not purchasing as a consumer.
2. Service and licence
Complete provides protected SaleQMS working tools, including the commitment review and ROI 2.0, together with account storage and export of saved work. Open knowledge remains free to read.
The launch subscription licenses one named user and one business workspace. You may use the tools for your own organisation and client work you are authorised to perform. You may not resell access, share credentials, provide the software as a competing hosted service, or circumvent access controls. Multi-user administration, custom consulting and guaranteed support response times are not included.
3. Price, tax and recurring billing
The list price is €49 per month or €490 per year. The annual plan is charged as one annual payment. The selected subscription renews automatically at the applicable list price until cancelled.
Tax treatment is determined from the business and billing information supplied in Checkout. Where VAT is included in the price, it is included within the displayed total. Where reverse charge or another treatment applies, the contractual subscription price does not automatically decrease solely because the customer accounts for VAT. Stripe Checkout shows the amount and tax treatment before payment.
A temporary introductory offer may apply to an eligible new customer. Any campaign benefit, duration and renewal effect shown in the purchase review becomes part of that order's terms and is retained with the order confirmation. Introductory offers do not stack unless expressly stated.
4. Access, account and customer responsibility
You need a verified email and successful payment confirmation to use Complete. Keep credentials confidential and notify info@saleqms.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and authority to process information entered into the workspace. SaleQMS provides structured decision-support; it does not guarantee sales performance, certification, compliance outcomes or financial returns.
5. Cancellation, failed payment and 14-day first-payment satisfaction guarantee
You can schedule cancellation through Manage billing. Unless a refund ends access earlier, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Stopping use or closing the browser does not cancel renewal.
If payment fails, Complete access may pause while the invoice remains unresolved and can resume after successful payment is confirmed.
SaleQMS provides a 14-day first-payment satisfaction guarantee for new business customers. The guarantee is intended to let you evaluate whether SaleQMS Complete is suitable for your business.
The guarantee is no longer available once substantial value has been consumed, such as exporting or downloading protected Complete work products or premium materials, or materially using Complete to create completed business deliverables. Simply signing in, exploring the tools or beginning an incomplete review does not by itself disqualify a refund.
Eligibility is limited to the first subscription payment for a business organisation and is available once per organisation. If an eligible refund request is submitted through the account within 14 days of that first payment, SaleQMS will refund the amount actually paid for that initial subscription purchase and end Complete access when the refund is processed. Future promotional discounts have no cash value before they are invoiced.
Duplicate charges, billing errors, service faults and rights that apply under mandatory law are handled separately from this commercial guarantee.
Substantial value consumption means successfully exporting or downloading a protected Complete work product or premium material, or completing a business deliverable with Complete. Opening a tool, viewing a page, saving an incomplete draft or a failed download does not qualify. A decision must identify the specific work product, material or completed deliverable and the action involved; uncertainty is referred for manual review.
Administrative documents, including invoices and purchase confirmations, do not count as value consumption. Exporting your own data after cancellation does not disqualify a refund.
Eligible evaluation-only requests qualify for a full refund of the first payment. Borderline cases receive manual review. A request for a duplicate charge, billing error, service fault or mandatory-law remedy can be sent to info@saleqms.com and is assessed separately, including outside the guarantee window.
The guarantee applies once to the purchasing business, including across accounts and workspaces. Provide its consistent registered identity at purchase. We retain the minimum business-identity fingerprint, payment and delivery evidence needed to administer the guarantee. Creating and receiving a business report through the explicitly labelled Complete report action counts as a completed business deliverable. Calculator exploration, draft saving and export of raw customer inputs do not count. An unconfirmed delivery is reviewed manually and is not treated as proof that value was received.
Eligible evaluation-only requests are approved for automatic full refund after payment, business and usage checks. Borderline or incomplete evidence receives manual review. The 14-day period starts at the verified initial payment time; the original request time is preserved if processing is delayed.
6. Saved work, retention and export
After paid Complete access ends, existing workspace records remain readable and exportable for 90 days. Editing and protected tools require active Complete access. After that 90-day period, workspace content is deleted from active systems unless continued retention is required for a specific legal claim or another documented legal basis.
Backup copies may remain for up to a further 90 days solely for disaster recovery and are not used as ordinary workspace storage. Purchase, invoice and accounting evidence can be retained separately for the period required by law. Export your workspace before the read/export period ends if you need a long-term copy.
7. Privacy and business data
The Privacy information explains account and commercial-data processing. Where a business customer enters personal data about its personnel, customers or other individuals into the workspace, the customer is the controller and SaleQMS acts as processor under the Data Processing Agreement.
8. Availability, changes and support
SaleQMS is a self-service online service. We may maintain, secure and improve it and may change features when reasonably necessary. We will not intentionally remove a paid core function during an already-paid period without providing a reasonable alternative, export opportunity or appropriate account remedy.
Support for account, billing and technical issues is provided through info@saleqms.com. No service-level agreement or guaranteed response time is included at launch.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaleQMS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or decisions made from customer inputs or modelled ROI assumptions. Aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by the customer for Complete during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
10. Law, disputes and changes to terms
These terms and the contract are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Sweden, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
The exact terms accepted for each purchase are stored with the order. New terms apply to later purchases or renewals only after they are presented as required; previously stored purchase evidence is not rewritten.
